Sir, —As the Cawthron Trust Bill is to come before the Supreme Court on Thursday morning, and as the judge may, if ho sees lit, empanel a, jury to give a verdict, is not the whole question for the time being sub judice? Can you tell your readers, Sir, whether speakers at to-morrow nignt s meeting, being held as it. will be on the very eve of Court day, will not render themselves liable to penalties for contempt of Court?
