LONDON, Nov. 20. - Replying to an. address of loyalty sent to him at the conclusion of.; the Imperial Conference, His Majesty dwells on the happy opportunity, of renewing the personal < touch ;* with some of his Dlinisters from the overseas Dominions and making the acquaintance of others.
