LONDON, Nov. 19. r Mr Bruce discussed with the Cancellor of the Exchequer matters relating to the Pacific Cable Board. It is understood that arrangements were arrived at which would ensure better representation of commercial interests on the Board. As the elections have intervened some time is likely to elapse before a Bill amending the Board’s constitution can be passed. The Board has airived at .no decision yet regarding the duplication of the cable.
