Parliamentary representatives of the Rhineland met'llerr Stresemann in conference. They declared the Rhineland population stood solidly behind the Government's policy. PARIS, iSept. 7.
Well informed German circles state that within a dav or two, the German Government will "send a note to France and Belgium, proposing to initiate direct negotiations on the subject of the Ruhr.
