COPENHAGEN, April 23.
The Danish-Russian agreement signed at- Moscow established definite de facto relations and allow mutual representation by resident. delegations; also Danish trading in Russia ( with security against obligation to surrender property without, full compensation. The quest ion of citizens claims to runpensation or restitution was discussed. but no agreement was reached.
