NEW YORK, April 23. Tex Richard announced that he has arranged a match between McTigue and Carpentier for a fight for the lica vyweight titlo on July 14th. The plr.ee as not yet-decided, but probably it will bo New York on nearby. There wjllbc fifteen rounds.
