SURPRISE IN PRORATE COURT

LONDON ,I)ec. 22. A case in the Probate Court conborning the North cliff o estate has opened. After evidence had been taken regarding the signature to the wilt and certain codicils the proceedings were adjourned. During the hearing surprise was created by a woman whose name was not rescaled. She appeared in Court, arid the Judge asked what she wished/ She could not he heard plainly, and the. Judge asked, “Is it a chum lor money. The woman answered “Yes.” ■ The Judge: “Do you claim you have a will in vour favour or represent a family who' intend to have the will set The woman: “Yes; I ask leave to enter a caveat.
