NELSON COLLEGES FREE PUPILS FUPILS who have qualified for Junior Free Places at the Boys’ or Girls’ College, and who purpose lo avail themselves of such, are requested to attend at the College Office, Trafalgar street,' Nelson, before 31st December, to fill up and sign the Education Department’s form of application to be admitted to a Free Place, bringing with them their Certificates of Birth and Proficiency. By the Regulations for Free Places, dated 9th July, 1917, all Pupils who have a certificate of Proficiency, and who are under 15 years of age on the Ist December previous to joining the Colleges, are eligible for two years’ Free Tuition at the Boys’ or Girls’ College.
