LADIES’ AUXILIARY
Members of the Ladies’ Auxiliary * spent ah enjoyable time in the 1 Y.M.C.A. gymnasium on Wednesday evening" at the invitation of Mi>s Brundell, their president. During the evening, in addition to a competition and vocal and elocutionary items, a ping-pong tournament was played. Prizes were won' by Misses Dee and R, Talbot. After supper the opportunity was taken to discuss details in connection with the display of fancy-work to be ’held early in December. Before the. gathering dispersed cheers wore given for Mrs Brundell, whose kindness was much appreciated by those present.
