Sir F. Bell arrived by the Tahiti yesterday. Dr Bell who is shortly commencing practice in Wakefield and district has A years war service to his credit. He was house surgeon in the Wellington Hospital for 6 months and worked under . Dr Wyiio A eland at the Christchurch' Military Orthopoedic Hospital for 12 months.' For the last 5 years he has been in private practice m the Auckland district.
