PRESBYTERIAN GENERAL ASSEMBLY
(United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Nov. 16. Discussing Chnreli union at the Presbyterian general assembly, Ur, Cibb said it was perfectly Near that no ad vance was possible at present with the Congregationalists. and lie supposed the same might be said regarding the Methodists; but on a statement being made that there might be an approach to the Presbyterians by a section, if not the whole, of the- Congregational Church, he agreed with the proposal to retain the committee. This was agreed to by an overwhelming majority.
