WASHINGTON, Nov. 15. Muriel Macswiney, who demonstrated in front of the British Embassy demanding the release l of Mary Macswiney and eight others, were arraigned and charged with wilfully insulting the British Ambassador. Defendants pleaded not guilty and Commissioner Macdonald dismissed the charges.
