NEW AEROPLANE DEVICE
MORE ACCURATE THAN HUMAN PILOT

WASHINGTON, Nov. 14 The Army Air Service lias announced the perfection of an automatic aeroplane control device, which is said to be more accurate and more dependable than a human pilot. The device consists principally of n gyroscope and bellows. An aeroplane thus equipped successfully made several 90-milo flights. A take oft device can he mounted on any Type of machine and in humpy weather will hold the plane steadier than a man and carries an absolutely true course, and despite fog and adverse weather, maintains any predetermined .height. It is able to ascend to an unusual -height and makes possible a new method of bombing in war.
