WASHINGTON, Nov. 15

Consular reports from Chile indicate that twelve hundred miles of coast fell the effects of the. tidal "wave in varying degrees. Messages from Santiago de Chile report that, further earthquake shocks in the Copiapo district demolished buildings. Twelve prisoners were killed and a squad of soldiers escorting lliem were buried but not seriouslv hurt.
