MOTOR FATALITIES
COMMENTS BY A CORONEK (United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Oct. 30. Two inquests on motor fatalities were held to-day. Regarding Mrs Mary Jane Lintcni, who was killed on I;ambtou Quay by a motor car when passing from behind a tramcar. Coroner I'agc returned a verdict of accidental death and said had she. taken ordinary care the accident would not. have happened. There was no neglect on the, part of the owner of tiio ear. Mr Page said pedestriiuis did not take enough care; ami lie also urged the lined, for definite crossing places. ~ ... . Coroner Hunt returned a verdict of accidental death regarding Clifford James Pritchard, a little boy who was killed by a motor lorry at Miramar on LOtli October. The evidence showed that the boy tried to catch hold of a lorry and fell, and tho wheel wtent over his head. No blame was attachable to tho driver. ,
