TARIFF REFORM LEAGUE

LONDON, Oct. 12. The Tariff Reform League, which came info existence in 1903, has decided to close down, its place being taken bv the recently formed Empire Development Union. The chairman of the League says I hat with the establishment of a measure of Imperial preference the principles of the League have received definite expression. It now remains to secure the fulfilment of the last Imperial Conference's decision. He looks io the Empire Development Union to help forward to full realisation the great policy of Empire consolidation.
