SALE OF WORK The annual sale of work in connection witii the W.C.T.U. opened af St. John's Hall this afternoon. The various stalls are well filled. A particulaily line assortment of children’s clothing is to be found in the work stall; those interested in flowers have a large variety of choice seedlings to choose from; while cakes and sweets make a tempting display. Several competitions are to be held, while the young folk will find much to interest them in the Christmas Tree in charge of the L.T.L. . , 'I his evening the sale, will be continued, when an. additional attraction will bo found in a first-class musical programme to be submitted. The W.C.T.U. is deserving of every support in the worthy work they are interested in, and no doubt the public will show their appreciation in large numbers and opening their purses to the fullest extent.
