A female alligator will lay as many as 100 eggs at pone time. Each stem of the wild poppy has from 10,000 to 60,000 seed*. A huge sun fish, 20 feet long, weighing about a ton, was captured in Dundalk Bay by the crew of a fishing yawl. The crew towed the monster 19 miles to Oarlingford, where it was landed by the aid of a crane.
