MAN FATALLY SHOT A man named Toim Kelly, who was slmt near Sunny Corner, on August 23rd, while atemptmg to escape from custody, died m hospital last week. .. • , n . . In his dying depositions Kelly stated that he was 23 years of. age, and a native of Baulkham Hills. His mother was dead and ho didnot know where his father was , Kelly iurthei stated that the constable called on him in the King’s name to stop, but hethought he could-get clear. He admitted having stolen the two horses upon which charge ho was being apprehended at the time of the shooting.
