IN CHURCH MISSIONARY CASE (United Press Association) ■ / WELLINGTON, This Day. ■ Judgment was delivered hi the Supreme Court by the Chief Justice ui the case brought at Nelson by members of the New Zealand Chinch Missionary Society against tire Society s 'Trust Board on allegations that certain action had been taken subversive of the Society as .originally constitutor!, and that the Trust Board had improperly disposed! of all or most ol the assets of thei - Society other , than certain investments,,mid in particular all collecting boxes used by the Society. His Honour held that it was not established that the Society had lost its pQwer of initiative in missionary work, also that the sale of appliances and furniture rvas valid. “Unless there is some arrangement to the contrary, said the. Judge, “the action must bo dismissed wit!: costs according to scale, as if £SOO were claimed.
