WAR IN SIBERIA
A LULL

TO.KIO, April 8. The Siberian Avar report indicates a lull. The Reds are apparently reluctant to renew attacks. Japanese aviators bombed Red camps. It is estimated that 20,000 Reds are in he field. The Japanese commander has been auhorised by the War Office to use his own discretion in handling the situation.
