WEDDING
The marriage took place at ILIy Trinity Church, Devonport, on March <l9, of Miss Elizabeth Spencer Twiggy oriilv daughter of • the - late Mr and Mrs "Wil-liam--Twigg, “Tothby Manor,” Alford, Lincoinshirt, England, to Mr Walter Kingsford Hounsell, eldest son;, of Mr and Mrs F. Hounsell, Devonport. The bride, in the absence of her cousin, Mr W. R. Twigg, was given away by Mr A. E. Hounsell, uncle ,of the'bridegroom. She wore a saxo blue costume, black panne velvet hat, with touches,of saxc, and carried a show'er bouquet. She was attended by Miss Kathleen Hammond, as bridesmaid, who wore a dress of cream crepe dc chine, black picture hat, and carried a bouquet of gold roses and chrysanthemums. Mr Athol Hounsell was best man. After the 'Ceremony a number of guests were Mi’ tertained by Mrs W. R. Twigg, at Her residence “Tirohia,” Calliope Road. Included in the guests were Captain S. W. Sunnners-Vine, of the Federal liner Dorset, in. which vessel the bride bad arrived the previous Stmday, also .Mr Cunningham, wireless operator on the same vessel.
