CHRtSTCHUKCH, This Day. At the Supreme Court David lrwm, charged with theft from the person conducted his own detenee and described the evidence against him as contradictor v. Judge Adams, addressing die jury, said the case was a simple one, and there was no evxdenc to contradict the Crown's case. lno jury returned <i verdict of not. gyiJi-T alter 80 minutes' retirement. Jhe Judge remarked thaV ihe prisoner was fortunate, in the selection ot the jury and discharged the jurors in the case from further attendance during the present sessions .
