Judgment in the application for an order amending the United Furniture Trades Award, by fixing the hours of work on a graduated scale to lessen unemployment by reducing hours, was delivered in the- Arbitration. Court hy Mr Justice Frazer. Tli© judgment stated that the appu* cation had much to commend it, but the matter could only bp arranged by individual employers with their employees.
