COMPULSORY WINItING UP (By Electric Telegraph-Copyright) (Australian & N.Z. Cahlo Association) LONDON,’ March 22 Tho compulsory winding up ol Sir Thomas Beccham’s estate been ordered. Counsel for the petitioning creditor said he mot nothing but obstruction from tho officials of the company. Their examination and that of Sir Thomas Beech ain was necessary io ascertain what had become ot the assets. Sir Thomas Bcecham’s affidavit did not give his address. A good many people would like to know •where he’ was as a. receiving order had been made against him, thoreiore a compulsory order was necessary.
