Mr Larkin, manager of the Commonwealth Steamship Line, has introduced cut rates equivalent to the old for frozen cargo. The charges will he; —Beef, Lid; "lamb 2d; mutton I'd; plus 5 per coni. Rabbits will bo reduced from .£!) 4s 6d to £7 a uni mca surement; canned meats £6 to £d.
