ANGLO-SOVIET AGREEMENT
POSITION OF BRITISH AIERCHANTS (By Electric Telegraph- Copyright) (Australian it N.Z. Cable Association) LONDON, March 21. Sir I*. Lloyd Croamc, replying to a quest ion, said British merchants doing business under the Anglo-Soviet agreement must look to themselves for the successful issue of commercial undertakings. The Government had the .right to send an official commission to Russia to facilitate and carry out the ■agreement and protect the interests of British .subjects.
