STILL DELAYED AT WELLINGTON (United Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. The Wahine is still minus a stokehold crew . , On Saturday a representative ot tlie Seamen's Union stated that the reason for the trouble was that the men were often unable to obtain a supply of hot water to wash themselves. Neither the captain nor chief engineer of the Wahine Had received any complaints regarding water, as the matter could have been rectified in three minutes. . With regard to the food complaint it was not so much the quality or quantity but the way it was served. It v.ap carried along to the men's quarters in bulk ,and the men had to scramble for it themselves. • Union representatives stated that the company had several times .promised to have matters fixed, but nothing had been done. ~.,-. ,> '.'•' The company's,officials deny -fch&i there had been any complaints ing the food or the way sjsryed;
