MELBOURNE, June 15 Decision was delivered by the Full High Court in the case Maguire against Union Steamship Coy. This was an appeal from a. ruliiv, by the New South Wales Supreme Court, which upheld, a judgment in the Sydney district Court. The Court •allowed" the appeal and directed that the order appealed from be set aside. It reversed the district Court judgment and declared that Maguire was -n----titiecl to compensation in accordance with his earnings.
