(Dunedin) I.ld , report as follows for week ending 19th .Tune;— The market lias improved for both apples and pears. • The large consignments coming forward have been cleared, and xhe non-keeping ovalities, which were the means of ke ping prices back are now .done, and for all good (pm litv of dessert and cooking .apples better prices are ruling Vegetable marrows are wanted. Following prices were .realised during ilio week: —Apples, cookers Rs. to 7s ; Cox’s Orange 7s 6d to 9s: -Rfbstones 7s to 9s : .'Jonathans 7s 6d to 9s ; pears 3d to hi; tomatoes, local hothouse 9d to Is 3d ; Christchurch 7d to Is.
