Smith, presided, A general discussion ensued as to the future working oi the Society, and indications point to a very success) ed y ear. The following officers were elected: -■-Chief, Mr W. >l. Smith (re-electou) ; Committee, Messrs A. McLean. d, Watson, W. Moves, J . Stringer, ,1. Black. CL Jamieson, Kilgour ; lion, secretary, Mr S. Tyson (re-elected) ; bon. treasurer, Mr Kiigour. ■ Amiugoments for social -wen mgs during the winter months were l discussed, and it, was resolved to commence with a progressive euchre tournament at an early dale.
