A “WHITE” STRIKE
RAILWAYMEN AT TRIESTE. (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Australian &. N.Z. Cable Association! ROME, June 13. Quiet has been restored in Trieste, the Government using military engineers and marines as volunteers to run train loads of munitions. The .strike is known as a “white strike.” The railwaymeu simply fold their arms and do not leave the stations. Passengers are compelled to disembark or depart ten miles outside the city.
