REPORTED SUICIDE (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). (Australian & N.Z. Cable Association) DELHI, June 11 Wustroff, Consul at Tabriz,.- is reported to have committed suicide during the revolt, after turning machine guns on the crowd. He was well known in the Indian foreign* political department. He was a Gorman, not a Russian, and distributed arms and money freely with the object of .fomenting trouble'on. the frontier.
