Elaborate arrangements are being made in Canada in connection with the Empire Press Union delegates’ tour and the forthcoming conference at Ottawa The delegation leaves Liverpool on July 17th and returns in the middle of September. It consists of 100 proprietors, editors, and leading the Empire. The tour will journalists from all parts of comprise the principal centres, enabling the visitors to make a first hand study iof Canadian conditions. Lord Burnham is chairman of the United Kingdom press delegation. The Dominions will he well represented. ...
