SURRENDER OF MAUBEUGE.
COURT-MARTIAL OF A FRENCH GENERAL. (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Australian & I. L. Gable Association) " PARIS, Nov. 5. The trial has, begun, of General Fournier on a charge of surrendering Maubeugo without exhausting the means of defence. Seven generals comprise the court and the prosecutor and five witnesses are also generals.
