PARIS, Nov. £. M. Bulgaria, in opening the ■wav to Germany eastwards, led to the prolongation of the war. Therefore the Allies demand .signature of the Treaty in its present form within ton days. Otherwise the'armistice will be withdrawn’. . Bulgaria is given 57 years in which to pay the indemnity by half-yearly instalments bearing 5 per cent, interest.
