CONCENTRATION AT HELSINGFORS

The Australian Press Association teams that the concentration at Hel'singfors is due to the Bolshevik navy preparing to leave Kronstadt, possibly to bombard Hekingfors. The idea of massing forces for the purpose of attacking Petrograd is discredited because Helsingfors is an unlikely and unsuitable starting point comparedwith V iborg.
