THE KING'S CERTIFICATE

On columns at thf : . sides are the names of the countries re* presented. The certificate sets put'the name and rank of the holder, followed by the sentence-“ Served with hom our and w#s disabled 'in the 5 Great War.” The date of discharge and the lithographed signature of His the King follow.' It will ho seen from the form of the certificate that it is intended for men who were discharged disabled. Those who were not disabled will, it iff understood, receive a similar, certificate differently worded, at a later date. Officers who were gazetted opt' of the forces through wounds or illness will receive the King’s Certificate different from that issued to the rank and file. and supplies will shortly ar- - rive from .the'"War Office.
