ADVENTIST MISSION.

The third address of a series was delivered at the Adventist Mission in the Theatre Royal on Sunday night, by Mr T. Whittle, who dealt with the prediction found in Malachi 4-6; “.And I will send Elijah the Prophet, before the great and dreadful day- of the Jjbrd.” The speaker drew attention to the unique features attending the work of the prophet Elijah) the solemn and awe hn&piripg fiatuge, o hjs, ■ Reference was made to the Scriptures .found in Matt. 11-13-14;: 17-10-13, and Duke 1-13-17, shewing, that a work similar to that of' Elijah, in spirit and ■in power; is what is (called for, just jpreceediog the Second Coming of Christ, and that it.muat .be on, a. .woyM wide scale, embracing ail-.nations, tongues,' and' peoples,; as outlined in Rev. i4sb4,-;-tfcu* organ* : iaed movement, employing .many workers. It was pointed out; that just such an organised, .work .is being -carried out Iby the Adventist denomination. The following statistics were quoted shewing that the message haw gained a firm footing in the earth : The \ denomination is. now conducting operations in 92 countries.
