The first, is regarding Eastern territorial questions, the second Alsace-Lorraine; third, the occupied regions; .fourth, vcphr;(lioit; pfith, Labour legislation; sixth, treatment oi German property in enemy countries. It is believed'that Rautzou proposesthat a joint committee under a, neutral president shall decide economic controversies. Another committee should determine the damage in France ahd Belgium. Ranizau protests’ thpt there Ls no consideration for the damage Germany sustained, and urges that AustriaHungary must be held equally responsible as Germany,
