The Collingwood County Council wrote that it was intended to have a local ‘celebration at Collingwood, The use of the Provincial Hall was ; granted, for peace- nights. A telegram wag received from the ! Minister of Internal Affairs, stating that it wag. proposed to hold the peace i celebrations after tho signing of the preliminary peace. • _ The chairman said he would like <u» expression of opinion as to whether the "celebrations should . follow the' preliminary peace or the final peace.
