(Rec. May 3, 10.30 a.m.) COPENHAGEN, April 30. • An unknown Russian was arrested when attempting to cash a cheque for .1 large amount on a Vienna bank. The . prisoner was in possession of amount of Austrian money, and complete plans to organise Bolshevist rfevolutions in Vienna and Paris.
