An official announcement states that the Bolshevist Government suggested exchanging imprisoned members of the British mission' of the Gaucamis_ for certain Russians. are•_proceeding for the release of all British prisoners in: Bolshevist hands.

A Geneva message states that Lenin, interviewed, he is seeking to anrahilate the power of money in the. world.
