Erzberger sent a note to Foch complaining that the Poles contemplate an attack on German Posen and are massing troops on the frontier. Erzberger hints that Germany may be compelled to take counter-measures, also to refuse further facilities for the transport of Polish troops from the west. It is reported that the German Qovgrnment is mobilising troops in Northern Silesia.
