WELLINGTON, Thi* Day. William Craig, was charged at the Magistrate’s Court with, printing leaflets without giving hi s imprint and address thereon. The charge* arose orrt of the recent case in which William Parker was sentenced for circulatirg seditious leaflets. —The defendant was fined £5 on each of the three charges, the Magistrate saying that in view of the circumsances j that the leaflets were printed at Craig * works without hi« knowledge, he would; | be prepared to remit part of the fine if the matter were referred back to him by the Minister of Justice.
