Such subscriptions wiii carry interest from the date of lodgment to Public Account. Taxpayers are reminded that the COMPULSORY provisions of the rintmce 4ct (Ko. 2), 1918, will be put Into operation, and that persons who are required to subscribe under compulsion will receive 3 pec cent, only by way of interest on their investments.
