REPORTED POINTS OP AGREEMENT. (Reuter’s Telegrams) (Rec. April 8, 10.56 a.m.) LONjDON, April 6. The Daily Mail's Pains correspondent stated that agreements have been reached on the following points: ( Left bank of the Rhine to be a military frontier. The Saar Valley coalpits and seams to become trench property m perpetuity. No fixed sum to be mentioned for reparation, but Germany to agree to pay" war damages on land and sea. This does Hot include war expenditure or pensions excepting in regard to victims of air raids and submarine outrages, payment to bo by a special mCome tax on German industry and trade for 30 years, the amount to bo based biennially on the maximum payable without Injuring Allied trade or bleed, mg German industry to death. ■ Occupation of Rhenish territory for 30 years, a small Anglo-American force to assist the hranco-Belgian armies as a* mandate from the League, of Nations, thus making non-payment a casus belli with Britain and America equally wito finance and Belgium. , Undecided points are the status of the Rhenish provinces, the method of collection of revenues from toe Saar coalfileds without destroying the Germans’ independence, and the distribution of tho reparation , revenues
