A report from Marshal Foch at Spa says that he formally upheld the Allies’ right under the armistice to land Polish troops at Dantzig, but he decided to use other routes which the Germans suggested, because it would hasten the troops’ arrival.

LONDON, April 6. The negotiations at Spa were only partially successful. Marshal Foch insisted upon landing -some troops at Dantzig, but the majority will go through other ports, including Stettin and Konigsberg. The agreement reached at Spa provides that Haller’s troops shall cross Germany at the rate of ten trains daily.
