Mr Bonar Law consulted Mr .Justice Sankcy during tho week-end, and conferred with coalminers’ representatives to-dav. LONDON, March 26. Trade union circles believe that Tic latest negotiations make a national upheaval unlikely. Nevertheless it is feared that the miners and railwayman will severely criticise their leaders because the national programme was not fully achieved. It is expected that the conference on Thursday will ratify the terms proposed. The South Wales Ulmers’ Executive urged the resumption of work pending reference of the promised terms of settlement to .a national ballot. A conference of miners % summoned for Cardiff 011 Sunday.
