THE CITIES QUIETER. (Aust. & N. 55. Cable Assn. & Reuter) LONDON, March 25. In the House of Commons, Mr Cecil Harmsworth,' Parliamentary Secretary Tor Foreign Affairs, said that the improvement in the Egyptian situation was miantained. Cairo and Alexandria were quieter.
